Fall Fundraiser - 10:00 am at Hill Prairie Winery
near Petersburg, including tour of Baugher's
Savanna. Tickets are $35.00 per person or $60.00
per couple and include lunch and a year's
membership in the Friends. Join us for a tour of
a great property and an opportunity to meet with
others interested in the Sangamon Valley. All
proceeds go toward the final purchase of the
Boyle Woods in Cass County. For more

Sangamon River Cleanup - Join us and our Sierra
Club pals for a river cleanup. We'll pull
trash from the river and its banks and leave the
world a little better place. Location to be

Workday at Revis Hill Prairie, Mason County -
Join Charlene Falco for stewardship work at this
amazing hill prairie overlooking the Sangamon
River valley. Meet at 8:00 am at the Howard
Johnson's in Springfield to carpool out, or meet
us at the preserve at 9:00 am. Wear good boots,
bring gloves and a beverage. Workdays last a
couple of hours. Weather dependent - if in
